UK delivery is £3.49 on all orders. We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day (orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday).

Orders over £75 are free of delivery charges but please be aware that if goods are returned which take the total paid below £75 the £3.49 standard fee will be deducted from any refund payments. 

If you find that you need to return your purchase then that's no problem at all - we recommend that you return using either tracked or signed for delivery services as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of parcels on their way back to us. 

All returned items must be in the original condition, unused & with all original gift packaging as it was sent out to you. Returns must be received within 14 days of the original purchase. 

When we receive a return we will refund via the original payment source and notify you once the refund has been issued. If you return your item(s) to the boutique then you will still be refunded via your original payment source within 24 hours. All refunds are issued the same day, however some payment sources (e.g. PayPal) can take 7-10 days to appear back into your bank account.

Collection

When you choose collection at the online checkout, you will be notified as soon as your order is at the boutique and ready to collect. Please note that website stock is not kept at the boutique so will not be ready to collect immediately. We aim for all weekday orders to be ready within 48 hours and orders placed Friday to Sunday ready collect by Tuesday at the latest.
