About Us

Our Story So far…(The best is yet to come!)

Hi there! We are Blossom Boutique, a true family business run by husband & wife duo, Hayley & David with the help, of course, of our two wonderful girls, (the real CEOs!) Ella & Mia. We love what we do and feel so lucky to call this our work, we hope that shows every day!

We first opened our bricks & mortar boutique in 2015 at Marsh Mill Village, Thornton where I worked alongside my Mumski, Caroline, for around 9 years until she flew the nest in 2024, only to the cafe next door, (You have to try the hot chocolate!) don’t worry she’s not gone too far!

With the challenges of having to close our ‘physical’ doors during Spring 2020, we adapted by creating our website for our wonderful customers to be able to still access our shop whilst having to stay home during the lockdown period. The website quickly grew beyond any expectation, and with being able to re-open our doors again, we needed to expand, this is when David joined the team (surely running a clothes shop can’t be too different to the Merchant navy?!). David loves organisation and has spent the last 4 years trying to bring organisation into our ever so chaotic world - How’s that working for you David?

We are incredibly passionate about what we do - we always strive for the highest level of customer service, and want every customer who visits us, whether it be in person or online, to walk away with a smile on their face and feeling that they’re now part of the Blossom family. We sell a huge range of wonderful brands and we pride ourselves on two things, having time for our customers and caring about what we do. We genuinely love to hear from you.
